Facebook updating there News Feed and Images, making it uniform in cross platform
Once again Facebook is updating there look to grab more attention of it's users. Recent version, it will be more engaging and update the current look to a New Story type News feed. It will provide larger images and as well as bigger advertisement area.
New Facebook layout will start rolling out from today and a small group of people at a time before changing it all together. Current effort from Facebook to provide uniform like platforms in Desktops, Tablets and Mobile platforms.
Why They Are Changing
Mark Zuckerberg's goal is to make News Feed as a "personalized newspaper for all" and make it visually engaging too. Also, previous reports shows that teens are not finding Facebook appealing anymore. As a large portion of teens are jumping to other sort of social networking like instagram or pininterest etc.
Today's culture for young users are changing. Most of them like to post photos with less comments to show their photo skills and which is possible because of smartphones. If current culture continue to grow more; then Facebook will no longer be a platform of choice. In my opinion, Facebook is trying to cope up with the current change to bring back there users to this platform once again.
