Modern life is now mostly dependent on technology. Every household have one smartphone and we spend at least 7 - 8 hrs/day on it. One main drawback of these kind of devices are there battery lifetime. If you're a frequent user or spend most of your time on smartphone then obviously you need to charge it more frequent then others. Charging time mostly takes 1/2 hr to 1 hr. which is a little bit frustrating.

New technological breakthrough leads to a new kind of battery charging facility. Using that, user can charge their devices within few seconds. This new technology uses Graphene. Graphene, normally used in pencil and can deliver super capacitors which enables super fast charging



According to researchers, this technology is able to replace our current batteries with super capacitors and able to charge iPhone in 5 seconds. Not only that, it can dramatically change car battery charging to only a minute time. I found it, more realistic in sense that there is a change of our driving habit and mostly next generation will be dependent battery charged cars rather then using our natural resource of fossil fuel.

Graphene is flexible, now-a-days there is trend of manufacturing curved smartphone like Google Nexus lines or may be in future curved iWatch. So, manufacturing of this kind of devices will be more easier and practically possible to shape a device in any configurations. Researchers still working on Graphene and expecting a better battery lifetime which can be 10 times longer then current batteries available in the market.
